Proof of placement: screenshots of the live logo and a link to each Instagram post or story within 24 hours of publishing.
Monthly report: Instagram reach, impressions, interactions and link clicks for your content, plus visits to your partner page and click-throughs from your logo.
Story archive: story results are captured before they expire after 24 hours.
Single contact: one person handles your brief, approvals and questions.
These terms keep every partnership clear, fair and safe for our community.
Payment: 100% in advance for single items and monthly logo packages; 50% to confirm and 50% before go-live for bundles above USD 550
Bank transfer: details are on the invoice. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
Cancellation: logo and content slots can be rescheduled once with 7 days’ notice. Paid, live placements are not refundable.
Approval: sponsors approve content drafts within 48 hours; later changes may move the publishing date.
Independence: Gooners Connected is an independent fan page and is not affiliated with Arsenal FC. Sponsors must not imply official club endorsement or use club trademarks in sponsored material.
Disclosure: sponsored content is labelled with Instagram’s paid partnership tool or “Presented by” on the website.
Categories we do not accept: gambling and betting, adult content, tobacco and anything illegal.
Offer validity: this rate card is valid for 30 days from the date at the top of this document.
